Living 4D Podcast Rewind: Ben Greenfield
by James Phelps
After you listen to Paul’s Living 4D podcasts for a while, you get a very strong sense he’s definitely NOT into biohacking, a broad term people use to describe how they optimize their body’s performance in a myriad of ways.
Some people believe biohacking is just getting more in tune with your body by tracking your sleep and diet.
But, there are those who experiment with their bodies in far more extreme ways, like having chips implanted in their heads or having blood from younger people transfused into their veins in an attempt to slow down aging.
If you think I’m kidding, those latter extremes are real things people do for the sake of biohacking their bodies.
Paul invited former bodybuilder, best-selling author and performance coach Ben Greenfield early on in his Living 4D series to discuss what biohacking is all about and the parallels between it and alchemy.
In this Living 4D Podcast Rewind, Paul and Ben talk about human performance techniques that aren’t really biohacks (like meditation and cryotherapy), why so many young athletes use steroids and a good litmus test anyone should give themselves before experimenting in biohacking.
