What’s more, a racing mind causes you to be unproductive because you think you’re busy no matter what’s going on. In fact, some people can have a day of nothing and still feel busy because they feel so compressed inside (which may explain why there’s a lot of health consequences associated with having a racing mind too).
Despite all of the advancements in technology our society enjoys, by now, you’d think that we would’ve learned how to manage our “black boxes” better…
My vlog will introduce you to a few of the concepts I teach in my Holistic Lifestyle Coaching (HLC) program to bring peace to a racing mind:
When calming the racing mind, it’s important not to overlook the simple things because they can be very powerful. The intellectual ego has a real tendency to believe that, just because it can recite words or read a book, it really understands the concepts described on the page and has mastered them.
Most of the steps you’ll take to calm your racing mind are dead simple to do. Many people claim they’ve learned these techniques years ago but don’t do them.
Today’s the day you’ll start relearning them.
Love and chi,
Paul
