What does success really mean to you? Is it the literal “pot of gold” — the house, the car or the high-paying job — you’ve always envisioned at the end of the rainbow after reaching all of your financial goals?
Unfortunately, too many people equate success with the mere acquisition of wealth and “stuff.”
In my latest video conversation with CHEK Faculty Member Warren Williams, we discuss why personal fulfillment — a happiness that comes from achieving your life’s purpose or pursuing your passion — is the first logical step toward reaching success.
Living life is about much more than striving for success, however. It’s recognizing and handling the inevitable challenges as well as the peaks and valleys — better known as situational and psychological stressors — that dictate how you remain fulfilled.
If you’ve got a life’s dream but haven’t been working towards it, I urge you to spend a few minutes watching Warren’s latest inspiring video conversation about what success and happiness really mean.
The happiest people don’t necessarily have the best of everything, but they make the most of everything. Sam Cawthorn
