Dr. Movement is a very important aspect of your inner life, to live and create your dreams and be productive, not only in your own life but as a gift to the world.

Baseline health: How much and what kinds of movement you need to support living well and create your dreams.
Dream-specific conditioning: An honest, accurate evaluation of your biomotor abilities as they pertain to speed, strength, agility, endurance, power and coordination.
Emotions: Being conscious about your behaviors is just as important as honesty.
Mind: Overthinking can hamper your ability to experience life and cultivate more wisdom which affects your ability to move.
As you watch my video, you’ll learn how these factors determine how much movement you need to do every day to maintain good health.
