Exploring Dr. Movement as a Means to Progress in Your Life
by Wayne
As we know from Paul’s book, The Last 4 Doctors You’ll Ever Need, the concept of Dr. Movement encompasses far more than how much or little physical movement your clients accomplish every day.
“This is because to move means to experience. Without the right amount and kinds of movement, we suffer not only physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually as well. That’s what we are all here to do, experience life to the fullest!”
Embracing Dr. Movement means having a greater, deeper understanding of your internal evolution as a human being as well, moving beyond the child archetype and into adulthood, says CHEK Mentor Warren Williams in his latest video interview.
Evolution isn’t a smooth process, especially when humans are involved. Often, people get sidetracked, prostituting themselves and their dreams just to fit in the world.
An important concept for clients to understand, however, isn’t avoiding the mistakes they make every day, Warren says. “The point about making mistakes is to learn from them. If we’re truly open and honest enough to ‘hear’ them, we are moving forward in our lives.”
Also, Warren explains why most people don’t change and find it hard to do so: People are stuck in their left brain, the logical, analytical side that reacts when we’re stressed.
