It’s one of the great mysteries of life – how do you get your baby to sleep through the night?
If your baby isn’t sleeping, likely you aren’t either, and that makes experiencing the joys of being a parent more difficult. It deprives you of the energy you need to do all of the other things that parents need to do.
So I was thrilled to interview CHEK Faculty Member Jennie Delbridge – who has a little one of her own – about whether it’s possible for babies and infants to sleep throughout the night.
The answer is yes, it is possible – and with just some simple changes to diet, the sleep environment and nightly rhythms. Jennie solves the mystery and shares all of her tips in this interview:
