Take Meditation Everywhere You Go

Many of you talk about wanting to do meditation but never really finding the time to practice it.

Maybe, you’ve got fixed ideas about sitting a certain way or really wanting to carve out a perfect block of time that may not be there.

Perhaps, you’ve created so much anxiety for yourself by forcing a spiritual practice into your life that by the time you may actually be in a good place to meditate, you’re still so wound up about the stress it took to get there you’re not getting anything out of doing it.

What if I told you there was a way you could take meditation everywhere you go and actually use it in real time situations to feel inner peace?

Instead of using my blackboard, I’ll share my thoughts about how you can get more out of your meditative practices with the help of this painting I created from a vision I experienced that illustrates the balance between yin and yang energies.

My gift to you is to help you get past the strife and challenges of the world and begin to navigate toward a way of being that fosters greater love and connection.

Love and chi,

Paul
